These terms describe the Mapglint website and published offer. Checking your rankings does not purchase a service or create a paid contract. Paid work begins only under a separate written service agreement.

The website and free ranking check

Mapglint is a brand operated by Mondabot LLC. You may check your Google Maps rankings instantly at ranking.mapglint.com for a clinic you own, manage or are authorized to represent. A free 15-minute visibility review is optional. A heat map is a snapshot of search visibility at sampled locations and is not a prediction of future performance.

Local Visibility Program pricing and term

The published price is $299/month for one location. There is no setup fee. You can cancel with one month’s notice. Payment arrangements, start dates and cancellation instructions are set out in the written service agreement.

What is included

Google Business Profile rebuild: categories, services, description, hours, photos, products and Q&A.
Keep your existing website without migration, or choose an included new med spa website with a booking button and name, address and phone matching Google.
Review requests by email, text only with consent; every review answered within 48 hours.
Each month: 2 Google posts, competitor watch, and a report with the heat map, new reviews, rating, calls, direction requests and website clicks.

Work Guarantee

Profile rebuilt in 7 days; website live 7 days after we get your content; every review answered within 48 hours; monthly report by the 5th. If we miss any of it, that month is free. The written service agreement records the start dates, access and visit-information arrangements needed to carry out the work.

Exclusivity

We take one med spa per 3-mile radius. Once a clinic signs, we don't take competitors nearby. Availability and the agreed service area are confirmed before you sign. A ranking check or visibility review alone does not reserve an area.

No ranking or patient guarantee

We do not promise a ranking, the first position on Google, a specific number of reviews or a number of new patients. Google decides search results. Sample maps and report numbers shown on this website are illustrative and are not customer results, testimonials or forecasts.

Reviews and patient communication

We never filter by satisfaction and never offer discounts or gifts for reviews. A patient list is not required to start the service. Any review-request setup is agreed separately. Email is the default; text messages require consent. Clinics must be authorized to share any information used for the service. Please do not upload or send patient information through this marketing website.

Access, content and website handoff

You must be authorized to provide access and content for your clinic. Booking-software compatibility, website ownership, hosting and exit or handoff arrangements are confirmed in the written service agreement before paid work begins. This website does not promise compatibility with every booking system or set a website transfer fee.
