Information you provide

This marketing website directs you to our separate ranking tool rather than collecting a ranking request through a form. If you contact us directly, you may provide your name, clinic details, email or phone number.

We preserve campaign information in your browser session, including utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and fbclid when present. If you book a call, Cal.com collects the information requested in its booking form and handles the scheduling service.

How we use your information

We use these details to assess service-area availability, answer your questions, arrange a call and follow up about your request. Campaign information helps us understand which advertising brought a request to our website.

We do not ask for patient lists, treatment records or health information through this marketing website. Patient review communication requires separate onboarding and written terms.

Service providers

The marketing website does not submit ranking-request form data. Ranking checks and calendar bookings take place through their respective tools. Our website hosting, email and booking providers may process information to deliver their services. We do not sell your contact details.

Optional text messages

Text-message consent is optional and unchecked by default. You can check your rankings or book a call without agreeing to texts. If you agree, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Any text-message consent is collected separately when applicable.

Phone numbers and SMS consent

Mondabot LLC does not sell, rent or share your phone number, mobile information, or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide this information to service providers solely to send and manage messages on our behalf, deliver the services you request, or provide customer support. This does not authorize those providers to use your information for their own marketing.

Cookies and advertising

When configured, the Meta Pixel is an optional marketing tool that helps measure advertising. It is loaded only after you accept marketing cookies. You can use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. A cookie preference is stored locally in your browser. The website uses session storage to preserve campaign attribution in the current tab. The floating contact card remembers a minimized preference for the current browser session.

When optional marketing measurement is enabled, completed calendar bookings may be measured as Schedule events. Meta receives event and browser information under its own privacy terms. We do not send patient information or your form's contact-field values in browser Pixel events.

Keeping and managing information

We keep request information for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of the information associated with your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Rights and any exceptions depend on the law that applies to you.

Other websites and changes

Google Maps, booking tools and other linked sites have their own privacy notices. We may update this notice when our website or practices change. The date at the top shows the latest update.
